I’ve had 2 hip replacements and 2 discs in my neck replaced. I’ve been getting massage for years and at one point had cupping done. It continues to be very helpful in healing post-op. Scar tissue is something docs don’t address either pre or post-op but if scar tissue isn’t address, it can slow recovery. Liz’ cupping technique is excellent. I explained my problem areas and once she started her work, she focused on those areas. She also talked with me about doing cupping myself and sent me a link to order the cups she uses. My boyfriend and I went here for the couples massage today. It was my anniversary present to him and I’m so glad it was! Both of the massage therapists were AMAZING.
