I’ve had 2 hip replacements and 2 discs in my neck replaced. I’ve been getting massage for years and at one point had cupping done. It continues to be very helpful in healing post-op. Scar tissue is something docs don’t address either pre or post-op but if scar tissue isn’t address, it can slow recovery. Liz’ cupping technique is excellent. I explained my problem areas and once she started her work, she focused on those areas. She also talked with me about doing cupping myself and sent me a link to order the cups she uses. My boyfriend and I went here for the couples massage today. It was my anniversary present to him and I’m so glad it was! Both of the massage therapists were AMAZING. The ladies were incredibly sweet and professional. Made sure we were both comfortable and adjusted pressure accordingly. She was breaking up tension in my back I didn’t even know I had.
